Camden Russett is by far the nicest apartment that I ever lived in. The only reason that I moved from there was because I got a new job in VA and I got married. I mean people for real, what apartments don't have issues' If you want perfecting buy a house!!!!!! Camden did have issues with parking, but the reason why they had parking issues is because they reached full occupancy,DUH!!!!!!! Maintenance is a problem anywhere you go becuase they are contracted they never work directly for the apt complex. For instance I had a two bed/two bath, and one of my toilets overload and they would not rush fixing it because I had one toilet that was working, but that is the only thing that made me mad about the maintenance staff. The community is kept up very well and it is VERY quiet. Exceptionally, the only thing noise I ever heard was when people closed their doors or if the apt above me was being renovated. That entire community is really nice. How many palces are going to have where there is like every store withing walking distance. You can walk to Wal-Mart, or Sam's Club. And there is a Target and Kohl's directly across the street. I loved and everyone that came to my house loved it and always inquired about living there. They nay-sayers need to stop being haters, and stop judging your experiences on when you lived there when it was summit russett because they have new mgmt now and there are really good. I am not too sure about the staff since I am no longer there, there was a guy there named ------ that was really good but he went to the new Russett in College Park. Don't listen to these people on here, go check it out for yourself!!!!

How can you say "what are you people talking about?" if you are "no longer here"? I have been living here for 4 months and still do. Since I have been here it has been Camden Russett. So, I'm not judging the apartment on past conditions. Yes it is a beautiful establishment and yes the surrounding areas are nice, but having to wait 2 months to get a toilet fixed is ridiculous. Having to call an outside plumber and pay out of my own pockets is ridiculous. Of course no apartment is perfect and no one hinted at such a thing. Nonetheless, we residents, current residents that it, have the option of stating our opinions of the current conditions.

------ is a sneaky. I do not like him. Actually, all of the staff need to go. They are the most non-professional leasing agents I've ever seen. Why do the female agents wear tights azz pants to work like they are about to go clubbing? Thats not professional. I've been here almost a year, and I still don't know where the basketball court is. The volleyball court isn't even here, it's down the street and the gym is small, you're lucky if the machines are all working. The amenities led me here. I waited 3 weeks to get my sink fixed, and all I ever see is the maintenece crew doing nothing they drive around....and around....and around. Is there job really that hard? I can't wait to leave.
