This place has been complete hell since I moved in - June of 2007. The neighbor above me is absolutely ridiculous! She threw a party a week after I was here to where the bass was shaking my place @ 3 a.m, she got a dog and was using her balcony for it's restroom which, of course, came raining down onto mine, it barks continuously and the staff refuses to do anything about her. Let's just say that when my family has came to visit or a friend they can't wait to go home to get some rest...I'm embarrassed and completely irritated to have to pay rent on a place where I feel unsafe and never get any rest.
I have had two (2) incidents where someone has tried to get into my place, a brothel was busted in the neighborhood, a car drove through the apartment across from me and hit three (3) cars on the way, they had a fire and the sprinklers didn't work - probably due to their "wonderful" maintenance men, dumpster fire the week after the car went through the apartment, cops get called here all the time due to numerous issues and I know this because I've asked!
Walls are paper thin, good luck getting any maintenance done, it takes at least two (2) cycles to have your clothes dried, the insulation is horrible and you freeze w/your heat @ 75 degrees because the windows/sliding glass door lets a breeze through, the manager of this place is a complete joke - rude, she's never there and will never follow up on ANYTHING!!!! I don't know where she went to school but I have a management degree and was never taught those characteristics.
Believe me, you don't want to live here! You can get a lot nicer place than this for the money...
