Laurel is not a good town. But Russett is an isolated and very well maintained association. Camden Russet apartments are in Russet, in other words in best part of Laurel. Two years ago I searched almost a month and everyday a 10 miles radius, and decided to rent in Russet. There are some other apartments in Russet too, Camden Russet was the best price so I rent here.

Buildings are new, built quality is very good for an apartment. Not even comparable with the apartments in other parts of Laurel.

The only problem is maintenance. A year go my air condition stopped working and it took a month for them to send someone to fix the problem. They were responding very slow. Recently I called maintenance twice, and they responded the same day.

Staff. I dont know. You dont live with staff in your apartment, you see them once a year. You are calling a different number when you need maintenance.

Safety. In two years, I did not see any suspicious people around. No loosers or trouble teenagers are hanging in front of the apartments.

To decide about an apartment complex, look at the cars in the parking lot. There is no junk cars, trucks etc in Camden's parking lots. All of the residents are either professionals or military people.

If I turn back to Maryland in the future, I definitely come back to Camden Russet.

WOW!!! thanks won't be moving there thought about abd thats not a mouse thats a RAT!!! taht sucker is huge..... i hate rodents again thank you won't ever move there....
