Lived here from May 2008 to August 2009 - apartment was nice, parking was fine, staff was friendly. However!! There were some maintenance issues (broken dishwasher drawer, cracked refrigerator shelf, broken window latch, etc...) that were annoying. Reported to maintenance 3 times. Even wrote letter with pictures. Finally maintenance came out, said that parts were ordered. Never heard from them again.
Was annoyed with the process so I just lived with the issues.
When I moved out in August, they charged me $10 because they said toilets were dirty (they were NOT!), $20 for shower they said was dirty (the shower floor turned dingy-grey - I threw BLEACH on it and scrubbed, it wouldnt come out. I think the shower floor was so old, it just absorbed dirt!!), and $100 for standard carpet wear-and-tear - the carpet wasnt new when we moved in and would have needed to be replaced anyway (don't apartments paint and replace carpet for new tenants as a rule''')

I was so irritated at being nickel-and-dimed for small petty issues when I moved out - when the whole time I was there I couldnt get THEM to fix ANYTHING!!!

Conclusion: A very nice place, if nothing is damaged or breaks, and if you don't mind paying a couple hundred dollars upon moving out.

[Also, the dumpsters were always overflowing - picture attached. And my neighbors were loud - stomping from upstairs neighbors and loud bass through side-neighbors walls... I don't blame apartment for this, just tenants!]
