small, small, small

small bedrooms, small to minimal closet space, noisy and ghetto-fied children playing in front of and behind the homes and the parking lot, too much money for a place that looks glued together, the walls are paper thin, the homes are poorly maintained, the price is enticing but not worth it once you move in. BEWARE!!!
