The neighborhood is not that bad-plenty of kids, and parking might be inconvenience from time to time (esp. for those with more than one vehicle), but overall, not that bad. Maintenance is pretty fast with response time, usually within 2 days of reported incident; However, Maintenance has come out twice to "fix" the mouse problem, and to no avail, because I just saw it hours ago roaming under the kitchen and under the refrigerator. Hopefully we will find someplace mice free before our lease is up!
