Apartments are nice and management is getting better. The tenants are the most disgusting pieces of shite I have ever seen. Incredibly loud and lazy, they have no problem throwing a rap party until 4am or leaving their dog's crap in the hallway. I have gotten used to the lazy a-holes not picking up after their dogs outside, but I have seen just this week dog crap in the hallway. Lazy fks. Rent is going down, I imagine the higher rent was the only thing keeping this from becoming the fullblown projects.
