Bozutto Management is the Worst

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
During our cross-country re-location to Concord Park Apts, the management company changed without notice and we arrived with two large moving trucks and no choice but to accept the new lease.
The amenities promised to us upon our initial viewing were later found to be only open during the hours that we work (9-5, M-F).
Building shows with high-end materials (granite countertops, etc.) but you can hear every television and step of your neighbors at all hours.
No insulation, very high power bills as a result.
Poor craftsmanship.
HIGH CRIME!!!! NOT SAFE!!!! Rapes, car tires stolen, multiple BMW's broken into while parked in the secure garage for which the residents pay an additional $50-75 per parking space per month.
Management is completely non-responsive, argumentative, and you truly feel as though you live in an expensive ghetto.
We pay $2400 a month to live in these horrible conditions.
Our lease penalizes us $5000 to move out before the one year lease is over.
DON'T MOVE HERE, DON'T MOVE HERE, DON'T MOVE HERE.
