This is an impossibly difficult place to live. The management does not seem to care about their residents. Many of the residents have become passive agressive and have taken their anger of the poor facilities out on their neighbors. The floors are not insulated and the people below can hear every step. We've been told that there are noise complaints from the people who live below us because we are walking. Until I sprout wings there doesn't seem to be a thing I can do about it. We decided to pay the penalty fee because we can't put up with this nonsense any longer. Please don't make the same mistake- it has been a very expensive one for us.
