I'm a new resident and in doing my homework, I read the reviews before making my decision. I also spent some time on the property on several occasions different times of the day (especially at night). The entrance gate was broken, but fixed within two days. A light was missing in the hall, but fixed the next day. The Property management staff is very professional, responsive and courteous. I've had a few challenges with my move and had to move quickly, but they were always willing to discuss options with me and work it out. I definitely recommend you take a look and see for yourself like I did. I don't believe ppl should stay in a place if they are not happy. I recommend you contact the Corporate Office if you are not satisfied with the treatment you are receiving.
