Leaving this apartment after 10 months and wanted to highlight some of the things I experienced. I lived in over 10 apartments during the last 9 years and rate this complex in the top 10%
o The rooms are better than average for the price range wooden: kitchen floors, pillars, fireplace, trim, glass shower not a boring box apartment. The apartment was built within the past 5 years so everything is like new.
o Staff is great: cheerful, they remember your name, I have had great experiences with maintenance, the concierge, and the front desk. This can make or break an apartment
o Garage is key in the winter, never had a problem getting a space but you have to be careful on the turns
o Pool, gym, movie room. nice features, didnt use them much but nice to have there
o Neighbors were friendly, always greeted each other in the halls, met a few at the free dinner the apartment hosted
o Noise, I never had an issue. With the windows open, I could hear the AC units in the summer time but less than other apartments I have lived in.

Overall, I enjoyed living here. It is safe and well taken care of. I would live here again if I return to the area.
