We have lived here a while and I have noticed a few things. The walls are paper thin you can hear people walking in the hallways (outside of the apartment). I thought for the price it would be structured alot better. Don't get me wrong it is a beautiful building but the noise sometimes is too much. You can hear when people come and go out of there apartments slamming doors. And management, ------ ----- to name he has the personality of a tick. He seems like he can care less and he looks like he thinks he is better than other people. But if he was he would not be a "leasing agent" he would own the place. But we all know that' not the case!! This guy just rubs me the wrong way because of him and his moody personality I would not have anyone to come here to deal with him what a jerk!! Most times when I go to the leasing office I see him and want to leave and come back when a real prfessional is there. I think he needs a reality check you are not the man ------ I think a tick really puts it best.I can sit there and go back and forth but why I have a real job and I make real money I have very little time for this flea. Get over yourself really!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So other than that it is an ok place oh the parking is also an issue. You have to race home and don't leave back out unless you want to park 3 buildings from where you live. Or the other option pay more money to park in the garage. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I agree with the concerns about noise: I often hear footsteps above me as well as the footsteps from the hallway on my level and the level above, though I have not heard any slamming doors (though I do hear whenever the child living above me throws a tantrum). Noise is just a fact of life in this apartment design: the only places I've not had noise issues were whilst living in towers (nothing beats a concrete wall). I have never had an issue with parking, even when returning late at night. The street parking is certainly limited and I wouldn't recommend it due to the parking restriction between 9am and 3pm (weekdays), but the lot and garage have always had plenty of spaces near my building. Note that you have to pay for garage parking, but the lot is free. The streetside parking restriction was implemented by the Russett Homeowners Association as the request of the neighborhood at the end of Faraway Hills Drive due to aesthetic reasons (can't say I agree with that myself, but what's out there now is a compromise that was ultimately reached back when the restriction was first implemented). As for ------: I am unsure of the circumstances behind this review, but I have always appreciated ------'s assistance and felt that he was very professional.

I was reading through the reviews of these apartments.... thinking about moving in. ------ showed me around them a couple weeks ago. He was very nice and professional. Now I'm worried about the people who live there. Sounds like you have some obvious issues. But that one person is right about putting names on the internet. You can be sued for libel.

The original poster seems pretty mad about something at the property but I think it's unfair to take it out on ------. I've been a resident here for awhile and probably know him better than you. Everytime I've gone by the office or to the resident events ------ has treated me nicely and professionally. If you are mad about something in the apartment or at the property you should take it up with the management company as a whole and not personally attack a member of the staff.

Seems that nobody is going to defend this tenant so I will! This person has rights just as well as anyone else who lives at Concord Park. I think you people should back off this is not a pie eating contest. It's not who ever says the most about the Concord you win free rent!!!!! That was that persons issues so when you have some I hope that you don't get beat down for sharing them. I saw that this person used a leasing agents name but maybe they needed to be called out to do better. I don't know but the one who wrote that they were acting like kids that made no sense. How could you say that about someone who is paying their money in a place where they are not getting what the asked for. Really all of this needs to stop!!!!

People Please, This is called "Apartment Ratings" (Hello?) anyone out there? This is for rating the apartments ie....cost, close to shopping or schools, is management co-operative, are there many break-ins, is it kid friendly, are there too many kids, etc. This is not a place for "Character Assasination". If you are that uphappy...MOVE OUT!!! P.S. A lot of you need to "READ" your post before you submit them, or take them through spell-check...they don't make a lot of sense.

Stop complainting about noise, ect. at metro place town center, I have the same problem, so people are loud, most apartments have these same problems, if you don't where you are than live somewhere else, & every one have their own opinion about something or someone, stop acting like kids, I seen some kids act better than this.
