Well since we've lived here the balcony which does have a nice view WE HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT, and actually I think luckily we have quiet neighbors with the exception of one. In addition to the noise, which has gotten better over time, just so happens they're chain smokers. How does this impact the average renter' Hmm well for us we were deceived because there is a sign in the reception area that clearly says this is a non smoking facility. BUT because of the chain smokers below us which I have a pic to show here, we have not been able to leave the patio doors open nor actually enjoy the patio/balcony by being on it, this is space that we rent also or at least I thought. But .....we cant enjoy it. Im confused why smokers don't stink up they're own apartments and infect their own lungs, and ruin they're carpet and curtains and furniture with that STINK smell' If you have the habit deal with it, don't affect my health and ability to enjoy my own environment.

After complaining to management their answer was this Oh just close your doors when they're smoking "wow" a revelation I never thought of that, the problem is their out there every 10minutes hmmmm ok that remedy makes no sense. Secondly I was told that the patio/balcony area was more or less a "free" area bozutto doesn't manage this area and you can basically do whatever you like'' So ok if I go with this premise maybe I should burn some COW SH_T on my balcony and that would be ok' Maybe illegal activities are ok as long as its on my balcony' So with that said, your screwed if you think management will help you, after a couple thousand emails about legitimate issues with noise and smoking you really dont have any recourse. My point in this post is' If your a non smoker you roll the dice on your neighbors, think about that before coming here. Lastly would you encounter this anywhere' well maybe but the fact is this is a luxury community you pay serious money here and disturbing behaviour should be addressed immediately. If you lived in the hood apartments with the normal behaviour of management then maybe you would expect the okey doke cold shoulder and passive behaviour but Bozutto' wow ok I learned my lesson.

No smoking policy? What are YOU smoking? I've signed 3 leases here and there was NEVER a mention of a no smoking policy! If this is the worst thing that happens at Concord Park, consider yourself lucky... PS Please find me an apartment community where this is no noise... oh - hmmm - there isn't one.
