I moved into this property in August 2008, the office has been fantastic. When I call they address my needs and concerns right away. Maintainence requests are completed within 24 hrs and the Fitness center is really convenient. I don't think the residents respect the property as much as they should, but the office always listens to your concerns and addresses them immediately. I want to give a special thanks to Vanessa though because she really takes the time to address what a tenant needs. I like that they have a garage and parking space so when your guests arrive they can park outside. There is always plenty of parking as well. I would definitely recommend anyone leasing and renting from this management company.

I have a follow up for you on this one, the office has rolled a few times since you've been here, but all in all they have been helpful when possible. Maintenance? why would there be a problem here this is a fairly new facility or can't you tell? Maintenance calls should be at a minimum anyway. My dealings with "Vanessa" in person were ok however when she writes letters it is a totally different story. They are highlited, and in red and capitalized as if we were tiny small children put in time out, I personally don't appreciate that type of communication. I think she may need to take some courses on professionalism. And if I am not mistaken when something was written about "martin" who also doesnt work here anymore it was removed immediately or did someone in management complain because it wasn't positive? In any case names shouldnt be used for positive or negative comments.
