I lived here for about 6 months. It is an ok place. The neighborhood is diverse. There are some neighbors though that scare me. One neighbor likes to drink his malt liquor and smoke his cigar pipe near the mail box. Other than some strange neighbors, parking is good, the maintenance is ok (they come right away, but not always fix it correctly). If you're in a bind, this might be ok for a year. Than move on.
