Not too shabby

This was my very first apartment and I can't come up with any complaints of substance that would deter someone from living here.
Parking can be a might tricky since it's open (sometimes you win, sometimes you lose). The grounds were well kept. We heard one of our two neighbors a bit, mostly because they had a propensity to letting their cupboards slam closed, but we were on the third floor and never had anyone above us. I never felt unsafe when walking to or from my car late at night.
My only are for concern would be management in terms of maintenance. When we first arrived we discovered the motor in the refrigerator "CLUNKED" very loudly every hour or so. We brought this to their attention right off the bat and they sent someone to repair it. Again, we heard it when it came around the next hour (it really was like clockwork) and told them, but they assured us it would stop doing that very shortly. No dice. We told them a third time, and we haven't heard anything since. That was a year ago. We got used to it, but visitors didn't.
The location is great, especially for commuters to Columbia. Routes 32, 95, 100, and 1 were all but a few miles away. There is a grocery store, Hollywood Video, liquor store, fast food restaurants, and many late-night food delivery spots.
Like I said, this was my very first apartment, so I have no basis for comparison, but it was a pleasant experience on almost every level you could rate a location. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
