You're supposed to be rating the apartment you lived in and the community after you've lived there, not your visit to the Leasing Office. That, and you can't seem to manage to formulate a coherent sentence.

I bet you could not afford the rent so you were so negative. You sound like a constant whiner. Since Apartment ratings is supposed to rate the total experience why was this posted.

I don't think insulting the reviewer is very helpful, if you disagree you should say why without making it personal. Everyone I've met at the leasing office (yes, I'm a resident) was very polite for the tour/lease process, and there's been no change in their behavior toward us since. We were told the unit would not be exactly the same as the model, and the differences were listed for us during the tour, which lasted as long as we wanted it to last.
