This is our third month in a 2brdm/2bath unit, and it's been better than I expected for any apartment. We've had maintenance here twice (once to fix things on our move-in list) so far, and they seem to respond within 24 hours to fix the problem the first time around. There seem to be a lot of families in the community, mixed in with younger couples, and some singles. No one we've met so far has been unfriendly, and all of our neighbors say "hello" in passing. I haven't had too much contact with the staff yet, but each time I have spoken to them thus far they have been friendly and helpful. Since the property is within Howard County, you get all their great rec. programs, and school system without paying the prices you'd find in Columbia.
