I have lived here since 2006..I must say when I first moved here the staff was very friendly and helpful. The response to request were completed in a timely and professional manner. That was then and now...The office staff is very rude and unprofessional.Joyce just seems to rush you either off the phone or out of the office so that she could get back to smoking a cigarette! Jill seems clueless as to what her staff is relaying to residents. And don't have an after-hours emergency request, the maint. staff is either sleep and lazy or respond hours later and still can't rectify the problem until the next day or they will tell you to contact BGE a professional to do something basic that they learn on Day 1!! It's freaking ridiculous living here now and I will not renew my lease here and would suggest future residents to reconsider before moving to Country Meadows. It is not worth the money and a complete joke.Pets are supposedly not allowed but I see people walking dogs(big dogs)frequently..(9733)

By the way...you don't pay anyones salary unless you own your own business. You pay to have a roof over your head. As far as emergency maintenance..maybe some people should read up on what is actually an emergency. I have lived in plenty apartments and the maintenance is better, here, than anywhere I have ever live (nice places). I suggest moving and then see how other places conduct business. As for the dogs, if you haven't stepped in crap, I suggest you stop crying. Some people are allowed to have pets, and if you are so bitter about it cause you are affraid of dogs, why don't you find something else to be scared of, cause dogs aren't scary! I know Joyce and she is very good at her job. I would be rushing people off the phone, too, so I could actcually get some work done instead off having a full on conversation with a bunch of whiny, ungreatful people. I work in this industry and can say, it takes all I have not to cuss ungreatful, complainers like you two out.

WOW!! Stop taking stuff so personal (you act like u work for Country Meadows or something....u probably do)...our opinions are our opinions and no matter how you feel or what you write.....that will not change how we feel...So get it over. I am glad u have had a great experience at this place but not all of us have had your experience....so if we want to share our experience its our business to do so.

The fact that pets are not supposed to be allowed is one of the reasons that I wanted to move here. My child has allergies to cats and dogs, so moving somewhere, where there was supposed to be no remnants of animals was a big plus. That is not something you get over. A policy is a policy and they should be expected to hold up their end, just as I am. You are probably the one that lives in 9733 with that big dog that has terrorized a few children when it broke loose.
