Country Meadows was a lovely place when we moved in the winter of 2006. THe staff was great and the grounds were well kept. The staff changed and things went down hill from there. The property manager Jill was very unapprocable and only nice when you were dropping off the rent. Crime started to pick up once Jill came on and our car was broken into twice. Some of our negihbors even had some run ins with break ins. We contacted the staff and they just simply said it wasn't their problem. We also had problems with water leakage on the ceilings the maintenance team was on it but its definately a problem because several residents complained about water leaking from the ceilings. So if you move in make sure you have renters insurance!!! But the worst is the climbing price of rent but no improvements with the property. Like the playground its ridiculous I have 3 small children and they never went outside because the playground was not safe for children. Overall its not worth the money!!!!!!!!!!
