I lived there for 2 years. It was a good community with nice manager/stuff and neighborhood (though the price is the highest within 10 miles). However, the new manager (a thin, white old lady) is mean and just want to keep her hand empty. From her coming, more and more tenets are leaving. My most recent bad experience is my car was towed by the apartment service in front of my building without any notice. I must pay $150 to get the car back.

I am hunting another place to escape as soon as possible.

Agreed iamhappy2009, we are extremely unahappy 2009. Maintenance has yet to address any discrepancies from our move in sheet. Had to dail Howard County Police non-emergency to respond to underage drinking extravaganza in ground floor unit 1A (which was reg Sat nite thing)! No more party's over and we're out A.S.A.P!!!!
