Could be a lot better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Noisy, ghetto clientele, broken down appliances older than I am, swiss-cheese parking lot, approximately 30 maintenance calls in 6 months for the same 4 issues... for $1230 a month, I'll take home ownership, thank you very much. Only pluses here are the size (1300 sq feet is the largest) and location (right off of the B/W Parkway). But for the money... you're better off buying a condo in Bowie.
