My complaints
1. Mgmt - is not the best. Tammy is okay but
Thelma is very unprofessional.
2. Maintenance - I have had a need for repairs, but the response time is pretty quick. (It's never taken more than 2 days)
3. Parking - Has not been a problem for me
and I arrive home late often.
4. Environment - I may hear a spat or two but there aren't any teens hanging outside
of my building, which is a plus for me.
5. My biggest complaint, and reason why I will not renew my lease, Pipelines. Very frequently there are notices on my door that they will be cutting the water off during the day 9a-4p. This is unacceptable when the problem still has not been corrected. I constantly have to run my hot water for 10 minutes or so until the water is not brown. This is unsanitary especially when rent is no less than $900 here.
If you can deal with these 'real' issues
Crestleigh is your place.
