First of all the staff is unprofessional. They are not on the same page when it comes to knowing which apartments are available. I ended up paying $100 more at the last minute because a staffer promised me an apartment that was already rented. Since I was pressed for time I took what was available. One of the features of this complex was the alarm system for the bottom floors. I was under the impression that the system was down until they found another contractor and to my suprise after I signed the lease, they informed the tenants that the security system will no longer be a feature. My apartment was robbed months later and the police could not find out how the crooks entered my apartment. I was also informed by the detective that a few other apartments on the bottom floor were hit after that notice went out. Also for the amount of money I am paying, why do I live on ghetto lane'' There are a swam of kids and teenagers on my strip that will not move when they see cars coming. I am afraid that my car will be keyed. I have not had any major problems with maintenance but during my first two months in there they stayed in my apartment more than I did and I did not put in any service calls. What is that all about''' Also, I have water leaks in the bedroom and family room. I do not recommend these apartments to any one. Looks are deceiving just like the old saying goes, drive by an apartment at night in the summer time to see the real activity.
