I just moved in and it's not that bad. I am on the 1st floor, so of course living close to the woods I have every type of bug there is waiting for me at my doorstep when I get home at night. Parking is great before 10pm.?after that, it's just "OK". But at lease there is parking.

I was told that the walls were sound proof---HAHAHA! That was a joke. One of my neighbors told me he could hear some guy playing his saxophone. Goes to show how sound proof the walls are.

Other than that, my apartment is good. I have all brand new appliances, countertop, and cabinets so I am happy with that. The kids do jump out in the street like they have a bumper on their buts (and one little ghettofied half breed child dared me to hit her - I should have). I just ignore them because no matter where you move for this price range, you will find kids! If you don?t like kids, then I do not recommend you move here. But if they don?t bother you...then get your U-Haul ready!
