I'm a single female w/o kids looking for a safe, convenient, affordable, and quiet apartment that will not put a hole in my pockets. I read the reviews on Cross Creek Apts. and was instantly impressed. But unfortunately the last real review was posted in June 2005, and its now March 06. Please (especially for the current residence) can you provide me with your current opinions and experience at Cross Creek'
1. Is there is any major concerns or complaints about the property'
2. About the surrounding neighbor and the safeness of the compliance...especially from a females point of view'
3. About the staff and maintenance'
4. About the actually apt size and space (Are the walls paper thin)'
5. About the rent...is it worth the money'
6. About the tenants in the apartments&Is there a lot of loitering'

I agree with "in need of info". I'm from Boston and have been looking through the ratings myself. Not enough current info on Cross Creek. Can a current resident comment on this?

I live in Cross Creek Apartments its nice. Its small its for a couple to me. But people still have there kids around. U usually dont see them after the street lights come on though. Its quiet. the walls are thin Maintenance is good. The rooms are kind of big. The tenants are very nice people. I think you should join the team. I moved in on a special so my rent is 495. Im moving when my lease is up because its not worth 565 i dont think. But if you get a special. Take it they are nice
