I just moved in the middle of September. I, frankly don't see what you see. My apartment has been newly renovated. I love it. I live alone, and there are burglar alarms in every apartment. It's up to the tenant to choose whether they want to use this service or not. Pam and Pat are lovely people and were very courteous and kind to me. This is a quiet neighborhood, except for the usual screaming mimi child who yells every night in the hallway. That's basically the only noise I hear. I must admit that I do have a squirrel who loves my mums on my balcony, but hey, it could be worse! I love the spaciousness, the fact that I have my own washer/dryer combination in my apartment, and there's a laundry room downstairs for my larger items. I searched for at least three months to find the perfect place for me to live, since I am single. I feel safe, and don't worry about vandalism to my car because the management has hired a tow truck to canvass the parking lot for illegal parkers. As far as maintenance is concerned, I have no complaints. The maintenance man is very attentive to my needs. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, but it looks like whatever problems you experienced during your stay has been remedied.

I know exactly who you are and since you have just moved into the complex you have not had a chance to experience ALL of the situations. Since you had not noticed there have been a number of residences who have moved out recently (within the pastt 6 month) and there are more looking to move. I lived there for over 5 years and it was MUCH better before the recent manager took over. You should read everything again that was written take more time to observe your surroundings before you feel the need to make comment!!!!!!!!!!!!
