I am a resident here and I have been here for 4 years. I have never had a problem. The maintanance staff is always on time. The office staff is more than helpful. I was moving from out of town and the staff stayed open after hours so that I could sign my lease. My neighbors have been really nice also. It's conveniently located to just about everything. The apartments are huge and all utilites are included....what more can you ask for when your renting. People need to stop complaing and buy a house of your own.
