This is my third year in the apts. The staff is friendly and helpful and the management company has a long standing history in the area. The apartments are ample size, and all utlities are included in the rent. There are laundry facitilies in each building, although most apartment applicances are very old.

It is older apartment complex, but the grounds are very well kept, and maintaince lives on the property and they respond ASAP!

Overal I have enjoyed the community and all of the conviences of living close to major expressways, entertainment, and shopping.

Saftey is great, since local police officers live on the premises.
