That apartments aren't *BAD*. They are actually rather spacious which is why I chose this place. 1 bedroom is 860 sq ft. But the property is not kept very clean. The parking lot looks like the cars here leak a quart of oil every 5 minutes. And the buildings and kitchen cabinets, etc. are rather old. They tow rather savagely and it will cost you $140 to get your car back.

Parking might be a total nightmare. It's pretty tight at least at the hours I come back.

They have police come through rather frequently. I was told this was a good thing, however, I think it's more a statement about this particular area that you would NEED such a thing just to keep order.

There are all kinds of signs telling you don't do this and don't do that. When you see that, that means it's full of people who "don't know no better lest they be told".

Some of the smells here are a particular ruckus.
