I've lived here for a year in one of the town homes. It's a bit old but I was really comfortable! If I had problems maintenance wise, it was never a problem. And contrary to what other residence say, what the heck do they expect when living in an apartment. If you want peace and quite buy a home, or if you want GREAT parking, again, buy a home. The only reason I have to move is because of bad knees. Other than that, the experience here was great!
