I have only lived here for 1 month and so far everything is okay except the parking, spaces are very narrow and not enough visitor spaces. Floors are very light because you can hear my neighbor above me, walk around and the floors squeak. Had a leak first week, but, the came out and repaired the leak and put in new carpet. I am happy but, this is only temporary until this time next year, when I buy a home. Yes, I pay water, but, have not received the bill.
