This is actually my second time living here. I moved to help a friend of mine out, but now I am back. I like it here. The rent is very decent for this area, they offer a 10% military discount, higher than almost every other apartment complex and utitlities are free. Parking can suck, if you live on I think its Miles court, or the road between adams place and deerfield rd, that is always horrible, but I lucked out and don't live on either. Vspots, do sometimes get taken fast on my road, but my friends can normally drive around the complex and find one. Every once in awhile, I can hear my neighbors stereo, but I do live in an apartment complex, I can accept that. I have never had a problem with bugs. The leasing office has been really nice to me. Maintence comes normally the day I call in a problem, and they always leave a note when they come in to let me know they were here. They do have a tow truck driver come to tow people without stickers, but since I moved back, I have yet to see him tow a car. He comes every night and drives around, but never gets out to check and see if you have a sticker and tow you. My appliances are rather new, cupboards are old looking, but my rent is cheap so I won't complain. My windows let in a lot of cold air so when I sit by the wall, I have to turn the heat up, but it's included in the rent. There are kids that play in the neighborhood, they ride their skateboards around the parking lot, and yell while at the bus stop in the morning, but they're kids. They do get out of the way when they see you get in the car and they say hi. They're not ignorant brats. The grounds look really nice, they go out everyday and pick up trash. The neighbors aren't too bad, I did get to witness a couple fighting a few weeks ago in the parking lot, but I saw the same stuff happen while living in a townhose in an expensive area in Columbia, that just happens sometimes. I would definately recommend this place to a friend, as long as you avoid the two roads with no parking, this place is great.
