The staff is very friendly and helpful, and maintenence tends to come the day that you call them- which is good because you will have to call them. The apt. is cute, but it's old, and you can tell. Ceilings are thin, and it can be pretty noisy, but it's not too bad. The area is pretty ghetto. I thought it was kind of high priced for the quality it was, but I suppose the location was convenient enough to be worth it.
