Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
When I decided to move in the management of the building seemed so nice and they gave you the impression that they cared about their tenant. But once you move in it takes an act from God to get anything done....you have to call them several times to make sure the work gets done...they never answer the phones during afternoon business hours and they are never willing to go the extra mile. The list of things they don't do is longer than the lists of the things they do
