This complex is very deceiving. While it is very well kept on the outside as far as landscaping and building cleanliness, the management staff is rude and unprofessional. Every occasion I had to deal with this office was a struggle. As I tenant I felt that the office was working for me and should have my comfort and satisfaction at the forefront of their minds. Well needless to say the staff as well as the small size of the apartment made me rethink the "deal" I was getting because all utilities were included. In addition the staff was lax in notifying the tenants of maintenance on the building. Who wants to get up at 7am to realize that there is either no water or no hot water. And finally the towing issue, I still am unsure what the criteria is for having your car towed as the 2 times that my car was towed my sticker was evident in the window. All in all I would not recommend the Evergreens at Laurel. Do not be deceived by appearences. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I was a resident and I am so sorry for what you are going through but I can DEFINITELY relate as far as the RUDE management!! The management is EXTREMELY ignorant and they do not care about the residents AT ALL!! My advice,start looking for another apt ASAP. Oh and by the way if you think complaining to the regional office will help;that is a joke.Start looking for another place,please!! I am sorry about your cars being towed. What is funny is how I would see people who did not have a sticker parked in non visitor space all the time. I think that was an inside job with the tow issue!!

I am a resident and I have not encountered any of the issues I've seen posted. If you had a sticker in your car and it was towed, then your tags had expired. I think some of the comments are from people that couldn't get what they want and as someone who works with the public and you have company guidelines you have to follow you can't say yes all the time even if you want to. I think anyone reading these posting should keep in mind that most people that post bad reviews have maybe had one or two bad experiences and may have been there own fault. So my advice is take stock in the good reviews as well.
