I am interested in moving to these apartments. The price is right and I would like to move out of the Baltimore area, unfortunately there is not much I can afford around this area. I can probly deal with rude staff, but NOT roaches! Please if you live here or have in the past 2 years let me know about the apartments and if there are any roaches, I have an infant and cannot deal with roaches or pesticides having to be sprayed to keep the roaches out. Please honest answers and not just people who are pissed off at the staff.

I just visited the property looking to move as well. I can say I did not encounter the staff to be rude. Maybe because they are not overly friendly but they were precise and straight to the point. The place was samll but the rent is managable, especially with this recession. I am seriously conisdering moving here so i will keep you posted on the roach issue I hate them as well.

As stated in my previous post, see (12/11/07) I only saw one roach when I moved in the summer. After I put some borax (which is non-toxic), I haven't seen any since. Aside for the curt managment, it's a decent place to live. I renewed my lease for another year.
