I've been a resident here since April and I have nothing but positive things to say. The rental office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly toward me. The one time I needed a issue addressed by them it was addressed the same day. The buildings and grounds are always clean and well maintained. I've never seen a roach or any signs of roaches. I've never had any issues with fining parking spaces even at late times of night and never had a towing issue. Lastly safety has not been a concern here. Coming home after a long days work and seeing people congregating in front of buildings or hallways has never been a issue like many other apartment complexes I've lived in. Overall I've really enjoy my stay and would definitely recommend.

Thank you for addressing safety issues. I've been wondering about that. It seems the complex sits in the middle of no where and shopping is distant...is that an accurate assessment? Is the terrace level considered safe and does the security alarm work for you?

There are a couple of shopping centers along route 1 (about 5 minutes away driving)..The terrace has a concrete wall encasing it (know bars or railings) like others..security alarm works through your landline phone and works just fine.

I've been living in the 11725 building for almost a year and will not be renewing my lease. I am terminating my lease because of the huge cockroaches I have encountered. To date, I have seen four cockroaches. I heard one in my bathtub this week and have had three in my bedroom. They have been getting bigger and bigger, almost an inch long. These are the ones that look like they have wings and can fly. I know with any apartment complex, you might encounter bugs, but these cockroaches have awaken me out of my sleep twice, including last night around 1 in the morning. Luckily, I had a bag on the floor and I heard it crawl on the bag out of my sleep. As for any other bugs or rodents, there are the occassional spiders and waterbugs (lack of another word) you may encounter, but I have never had a mouse/rat. Another reason why I am moving is because I need more space. This is my first apartment and at the time it looked big until I started to purchase furniture. Also, I love the fact that the bedroom is huge, but the walk-in closet is not big enough for me anymore. The square footage of a one bedroom apartment is only about 702 sq/ft. As for safety, these complexes are great. It's an added plus that they have a free Brinks alarm system in every unit. The rental office staff are great as well as the maintenance staff. Maintenance fulfills requests the same day depending on what time the request was put in. Management really care about their community and will do what it takes to please them. The grounds are clean and I have never seen anyone congregating outside or even in the stairwells. Everyone that you encounter says hello. Parking can get a little irritating when coming in late at night though. There have been many times where I had to park two buildings down from my own building. Overall, I would say that this complex is a very well-mannered complex without any issues (crime, theft, etc). In the end, I can only speak for the complex I live in as far as the bugs are concerned. Other than that, whoever moves here won't have any problems if they don't mind taking a chance on having cockroaches.
