I haven't moved in yet, but I'm interested to see how it goes when I do move in. I dealt with two leasing agents. The one who gave me the tour was extremely nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. Now the other one who actually processed my paperwork is another story. She was rude, condescending and was unprofessional. I had to snap at her a bit to let her know that I'm not the one. She had no idea of what she was doing then tried to make it seem as if I was dumb when she was the one who was confusing me. For example, how do you ask someone when they are moving in without letting them know if they were approved or the amount of the security deposit. I think if I deal with other leasing agents other then her, then I should be okay. She was also passive/aggressive, but you have to show her that you're not afraid. I can't really say what it's like living there because I haven't moved in yet, but I will write an updated reviewed after I've moved in. Just stay away from the leasing agent whose name starts with the letter that is in between K and M (in the alphabet). She is soooo rude and ignorant.

Was the mean leasing agent ------- american and tall? If so run,dont walk! This is a sign!! You will continue to have problems with her. TRUST me! My husband and I got married after he moved in and she gave me A HORRIBLE time. We are military and she would not allow ups or the postal service to deliver stuff with my name on it,because she said she did not know me or if I was a tenant?!?!?!

No, she wasn't. The mean one was round and wore tons of make up. How do you like living there otherwise?
