I lived one of the last buildings facing the school and I have had no big problems at Fox Rest. It's true, the walls are very thin so noise can sometimes be a problem. I've had problems with my sinks and one of my locks, but maintenence was out in no longer than a day to fix them. I had more than enough space in my apartment and for the past year I've been very happy with it, so I recommend this place and wish you the same luck I had.
