Though it was better than my first apartment, I would not recommend Fox Rest. My roommate and I were on the third floor, and we had a nasty cockroach problem in the kitchen. Parking usually wasn't a problem unless you came home late. My walls were paper thin and it seemed we were regularly calling maintenance. The staff was accomodating though. Overall, it was too expensive for the quality of the apartment. I only stayed for the year because it was so close to work and centrally located to shopping.
