I would NOT recommend Fox Rest Apts.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

While the rent is affordable, management doesn't follow up on problems.

The walls are paper thin. I live in a first floor apartment and can hear EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING that goes on in the apartment above.

While this would work if I were on their schedule (the apt above) it doesn't. I'm barely getting any sleep. I've complained to management. They've put off repairs for almost two months.

Unless you live in a 3rd floor apt, don't bother!
