Oh where to begin...
First of all I must give the benefit of the doubt. If you don't mind living in South Central...Fox Rest may be the place for you. We've lived here under a year and it's been one upset after another. Staff is friendly enless you actually need them to do their job then you may have a problem. Maintenance also friendly BUT can't or won't fix anything. There's thousands of hood-rats running amuck and have no respect for people. You have no control over who, or when staff may feel the need to enter your apartment. For instance, we went on vacation, during which maintenance needed to check AC unit, when we got back our fridge and freezer door where hanging wide open. $300 worth of food ruined. We contacted front office and they said TOO BAD!! OK, if this isn't enough for you... the only thing that seperates you from your neighbor is what seems nothing more than a piece of paper.
Take your money elsewhere!!!!
