I really like Fox Rest. I love the atmosphere that is in the front of my apartment (until the hood rats come out in the summer), I love how my patio faces the pool and my kids can just walk across the street. I also like how the management staff is always helpful. What I don't like is how they can go up on my rent $80.00 every year. I've been here for two years (yes, I'm still here) and they have raised my rent a total of $160.00 in those two years, had I known they were going to do that, I could have stayed where I was because I am actually now paying more than I did at my last apartment.

I'm not under a lease, so I'll be moving just as soon as I can find somewhere where I can settle.

And the soundproofing is acutally awful. I hear my neighbors above me coughing, using the bathroom and then some.

I would recommend you to live here, but on month to month so that you won't get stuck in a lease.
