Been here less than a year and want out. Although maintenance is quick to respond to issues, they can't seem to fix the problem permamently the first one, two, or three times. There's a smell of mildew developing that they can't make go away. If you like the constant smell of wet dog, then it shouldn't bother you. As far as crime is concerned, they've added a perimeter fence to the complex since we've been here, but our family still doesn't feel safe and crime is still an issue. The fence seems to keep the riff-raff in as much as it keeps it out. I've read the reviews on the management here and have to agree. Generally, the office staff is nice enough, but their boss needs professional help. So if you don't mind smelly dogs, criminals, or being pushed around by people, then I guess this is your place. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
