Word to the wise?look elsewhere. The apartments and management are the absolute worst. Parking is ridiculous. Security conditions are terrible. My neighbors are nightmares. Water was leaking from a pipe in our bathroom wall into the apartment downstairs so maintenance had to come into our apartment (no notice given) and knock a huge hole in our wall to fix the pipe. My girlfriend and I waited weeks for them to finally fix the hole left behind but that was only because I called to remind them. It just so happened that Maureen (?the manager?) answered the phone and had the audacity to tell me that I should have contacted them awhile ago. Now, let me get this straight, as a paying tenant that did not request an apartment with a leak or a huge hole in the wall, how does it make sense that I should have to contact them'! Do they have that many damn leaks that they have to rely on their paying tenants to remind them to do THEIR JOB! Also, there are entirely too many "ghetto-fabulous" kids around here. My girlfriend and I are counting down the days until our contract with hell is over.
