I lived here for a few months and had to leave. This place is infested with rodents! I had a whole army in my place. My electric bill was $155 for a one bedroom. Outrageous! I had a leak in my apartment that came from the gutters and was told by my neighbors that the previous resident had the same problem. I was told after I moved in that Laurel Square (the apartments across the street) except section 8. The grocery store up the street was a frightening place to shop. And while I was there, someone was shot at the apartments down the street.
