Foxfire Apartments

My family and I relocated to this area months ago. My new job wanted me to start immediately, so unfortunately, my family and I did not have time to do a whole lot of research. I called a few apartments in the Maryland/Virginia area and was sold by a nice young woman at Foxfire...I can not remember her name...she was polite and patient--I had a lot of questions. The information she emailed me made me feel like Foxfire was the place for my family. When we went to visit, the manager helped us. We've had a problem with her since day one. The morning we came in it took her a while to acknowledge us. She walked passed us two or three times before she finally asked if we needed help and even at that point she didn't seem interested in helping us. My husband was very unhappy with her demeanor, especially since she was the manager--a position that demands such strong social characteristics. He was ready to go somewhere else. I should've listened to him but my heart was set on Foxfire. When we moved in, our apartment was disgusting and infested with roaches. Her resolution to the problem was to send the exterminator out. It seems to me that she should have done that before we moved in. I've never meet someone with such a bad attitude. She is inhumane and unbearable to work with!
