I agree with pretty much 100% of the critism posted here thus far. Especially when it comes to the management. "Rude and unprofessional" does not begin to describe the treatment of tenants by the manager. However, the staff is generally helpful, polite, and professional. Furthermore, anyone who rated this place a "5" must either be the manager herself, or her mother.

Why not report the management to the company? Years and years ago....management was great. There was a woman there...(don't recall her name) was from Indiana and her husband was working on the coast of South Africa.. I think she had about 6 children. Not that this is relevant!!! But I recall cats lurking around the laundry room...I used to shut the door and lock them out!!! Is the pool well-maintained??? I loved my apartment...but hated the orange shag carpetting!!!!
