If I had to do it all over again I would never have moved here.

Let's see where to start. FoxFire is about the cheapest place in Laurel and you get what you pay for. I moved here in June 04, onto the ground floor. On the first day of arrival I wanted to leave my belongings in the Uhaul and go elsewhere. They did a piss poor job of repaiting. No one took the time to sand the wall or remove chipped paint prior to removing. The cabinet were and still are badly warped. When I finally started to stay here I realized there are freakin ants everywhere, especially in the bedrooms. My boyfriend pulled the carpet up in one of the rooms one day and it was a million ants just going back and forth from inside to outside. Then I started noticing spiders. I had pest control in my apt almost every Friday and still never saw any improvement. Now there has been about 5 leaks in my apartment over the last 4 months. They came in and never fixed the problem correctly the first time so the leak continued from above me, I guess it's fixed now, that was in the bathrooms. Now there is a leak in the kitchen where actual water is leaking through holes in the wall. I can never get a good nights sleep because I hear every single step someone makes above me. I informed the rental office and they were supposed to "tighten" his floors, never happened. I can also hear someone snoring all night that lives on the other side of me. The only good thing I have to say about this place is they do keep the grounds neat, however, there are a whole lot of cats running around, and the master bedroom are a nice size with ample closet space.

I have the same problems as you. I hear every step someone makes above me and I have complained to mgmt numerous times and nothing has been done about it. All I have to say is if you want peace of mind DO NOT move to Fox Fire.
